A Missed Opportunity

April 4, 2010. It was Easter Sunday. It was my mom's birthday. I received a message from a fellow Kerbyholics, Vangie, asking me if I would happen to be at Manila in the afternoon. They would be visiting/watching Derby Ace Llamados (DAL) practice. Initially, I was really excited and thoughts of seeing Kerby Raymundo in flesh and having another opportunity of having a picture with him comes into my senses. But got a bit disappointed for I would be missing this rare opportunity for my mother. It's alright, there would still be next time.

Kerby's nursing an injury in his knees. I heard that he already had that injury back in the All Filipino Cup but chose to play for the team for the much coveted Championship Crown. It's worth the price anyhow.

Here's a wish that Kerby would be back on hardcourt anytime soon.
